Shipping costs for your return: There are no shipping costs for your return. QOAR covers all return shipping expenses.
If you receive a damaged package or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or refund. Contact us by email at and include photos of the damage or defect to help us process your request.
Shipping costs for returns due to damage or defects: QOAR covers all return shipping expenses at no cost to you.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer support team at support@moveqoar.com. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to download and print, along with detailed return instructions.
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing takes up to fourteen (14) days depending on your bank.
